Ritesizepoolsandparts.com sells directly from manufacturers of high quality products.  All products sold are new and not reconditioned, and carry a full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.   We offer only the best products, from the most reliable manufacturers on the market today with the highest attention to product quality and their warranty.

Prices - All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Ritesizepoolsandparts.com shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and/or printing errors. While great care is given to our site and publications, errors do sometimes arise and for that we apologize.

Return Policies - We are limited in taking returns. Our Manufacturer accepts returns on defective products only (within 30 days of shipment) or products damaged during shipping (please see below). We will assess non-defective return requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@ritesizepoolsandparts.com with your return request.   Please also provide all relevant details to facilitate the assessment.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances.  All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be issued upon approval of returned merchandise. Credit will not be issued for unpaid merchandise. Credit will not be issued for returned merchandise damaged in shipment.  Call tags will not be issued for returns. 

Refunds - Refunds approved by Ritesizepoolsandparts.com will be made in the form of a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. No cash refunds.

Shipping DamageThe Manufacturer will cover items damaged by the shipping carrier only if carrier is the designated shipper by the Manufacturer. The procedures to replace a damaged shipment are as follows:

For items shipped via "non-freight" service UPS  - The shipment recipient must call the shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label. The recipient must give the shipping carrier the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and request a pick-up because the item(s) was damaged during shipping. This first step must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery (exception: Frame Set Pools, see below).   After UPS picks up the damaged shipment, notify us of the situation within 24 hours by email: shipping@ritesizepoolsandparts.com . Include the invoice/receipt number and a description of the damage.  The Manufacturer will replace the shipment at no additional cost after the Manufacturer has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.

For items shipped via freight service UPS - The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered. The recipient must notify the freight delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the damaged shipment. We will replace the item at no additional cost after it has been verified that the item was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks or more.

Ritesizepoolsandpart.com will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which customer fails to follow the proper procedure.

Warranties - Ritesizepoolsandparts.com does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Ritesizepoolsandparts.com expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.

The Manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. One Net Enterprises, Inc. will replace any item returned to us within the parameters of this policy and found to be defective. All returned warranty-issue merchandise must be properly packed for a safe return shipment and in original purchase condition with the original packaging, the original receipt/invoice/packing slip and an explanation of the item's problem. One Net Enterprises, Inc. will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns or warranty item replacements under any circumstances. One Net Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage or damaged packaging. One Net Enterprises, Inc. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
