Shipping and Handling Fees
We charge a fixed rate on shipping depending on your order amount. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground, unless the service is unavailable in your area. Usual transit times are 5-7 business days in Continental US, or 7-10 days to Canadian destinations. Express Shipping is available only on request. Guidelines for Express Shipping are stated below. For shipping outside of Continental US and Canada, please see the International Shipping Services section below.
Please note that while Frame Set Pools are eligible for free shipping, there are very specific shipping instructions included in the description of each Frame Set Pool. We encourage customers to read the instructions thoroughly prior to ordering a Frame Set Pool.

Express Shipping Services
Express Shipping services are available only on request. As soon as you place your order, please email request to shipping@ritesizepoolsandparts.com and a real-time shipping estimate will be provided prior to processing your order. The above fixed rate shipping costs do not apply to Express Shipping.
International Shipping Services
Any product under 150 lbs is available for international shipping via FedEx International Economy, however, the shipping costs tend to be prohibitive. If you wish to receive a shipping quote for a product, please email shipping@ritesizepoolsandparts.com PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER with the full shipping information, including Product SKU (item number), Product name, shipping name, shipping address (including: city, province, postal/zip code, country) and email address, and we will provide you with an real-time shipping estimate via email.
Shipping Procedures
Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Your order may come in one or multiple shipments depending on the product(s) you have ordered. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
